Four weeks. Twenty minutes a day. A way back to God that does not ask you to perform, pretend, or become somebody else first.
Free. Start tonight.

Tired in a way sleep does not fix. There is a tab you would not want anyone scrolling back through. Your phone is the last thing you touch at night and the first thing you reach for in the morning.
Somewhere in the last few years the house got quieter, or the marriage got polite, or your kids started getting the worst version of you at the end of the day.
And you cannot remember the last time you actually heard anything from God.
You knew what you wanted once. Somebody told you to have a plan B, so you got one. Then a plan B for the plan B. Each one sensible. Each one a little further from the thing.
Good grades, promotions, a decent income, people telling you they always knew you would figure it out. And not one day of it has felt like yours.
You are not ungrateful and you are not broken. You have just been careful for a very long time, and somewhere in there you stopped asking God what He actually made you for.
You do not need to be fixed. You need to come home.
Some days you will feel something. Some days you will not. Both count.
If you miss a day, you have not failed. You have just missed a day.
There is nothing to buy, nothing to join, and nobody is going to call you.
You sit down. You breathe.
You tell God the truth about where you are.
You ask Him one question. You wait.
You write down whatever surfaced.
Then you do the one thing He showed you.
Rise does not mean climb.
It means standing up as the man you were actually made to be. That takes longer than four weeks, and it starts by going the other direction first.
Return is where that begins. What comes after it, comes after it. You do not need to think about that today.
You do not have to be ready. You just have to sit down.
